In the last two weeks, we’ve seen housing data that proves what I’ve been saying for months:
➡️ Northeast markets (like MA, NY, CT) = still hot
➡️ Sunbelt and West Coast = slowing down hard
Why?
Inventory is up in growth markets (TX, AZ, NV), while built-out cities with tight zoning laws (Boston, NYC, SF) remain supply-starved.
Bottom line:

📉 Procrastination Killer:
Use commitment devices—anything from locking away your clothes like Victor Hugo to publicly posting your goals with consequences.
→ Don’t rely on discipline. Use structure to win.
